A Brief History - A Long Tradition
Cardinal O'Hara Boys Rugby Football Club was re-established in 2010 by a group of Cardinal O'Hara high school students, parents and coaches with a passion for the great game of rugby. Cardinal O'Hara RFC is organized as a high school boys rugby club and organized under the Eastern Pennsylvania Rugby Union (EPRU), the Mid-Atlantic Rugby Football Union (MARFU), and USA Rugby.
The 2010 season marked the continuation of a long tradition of competitive rugby for Cardinal O'Hara student athletes dating back to 1971. In fact, many Cardinal O'Hara and area school alumnists enjoyed youth side rugby, college play and senior men's divisional rugby over the past several decades.
These individuals are ready and willing to give back to the sport and to the young men on Cardinal O'Hara RFC.
